I truly do aspire to have my games as polished as this.. maybe one day. Good job, I appreciate the humor of having a cutesy game and then suddenly an endgame boss appears. Made me chuckle a bit!

By far the best game that has been submitted for the contest. It could have been just a simple Mario or D&D clone but you can tell effort was put into it so that it comes out as original and not merely a rehash of existing IP. I found the pixel art to be cute and the boss fight fun. (This part doesn't effect my experience with the game and is most likely a coincidence, but that ending with the fox collecting a map to end the level feels strangely similar to another Hyperpad made game where a yellow fox with a blaster also collects maps to end off his levels. Again, most likely just a coincidence and doesn't affect my experience playing the game, even if it winds up to be one or not)

I see the potential with this project, and I wish you luck if you continue to further develop it.

Really well done. Would love to see a health bar for the boss or maybe even having him start blinking when hes near defeat. Otherwise great job
