The bird is stuck in this tight zone and when you want to move it it flutters around, crashes, game over. Did you try playing the hub version?

If you go to the user settings ( from the gear icon in the hyperPad menu), there is a button that says clear app cache. That will remove any left over content from a hub game and force it to redownload from the beginning. Give that a try since this game works for me.
