How long can you survive,avoid the asteroids and blast as many as you can,watch out for the sneaky ufos the longer they live the smarter they get,collect the power ups for maximum fun.
Try to beat your high score.
Control the ship with the left stick and rotate and fire with the right stick.

Love the new update!

I still think you should add a custom game over screen, and maybe a score. You can't see it with the current game over screen.

Instead of using the behavior "game over", load a new scene when you die, and make it into a custom game over screen. Then, make a button to take you to the main menu again.

Another option is to make your game over screen all on a new layer. Then make that layer hidden, and use the Show layer behaviour when you're game over. This way you don't have to wait for a new scene to load, it would be instant.

The new update is better. Some more suggestions:

  • Some sort of indication that I picked up a power up. Especially with the timer. Maybe some cool text effect that grabs my attention

  • I agree with an earlier comment, the power ups need to disappear when you pick them up. Right now the player doesn't know if he picked it up or not, this is made especially important since you don't have anything like my previous point.

  • Make the ship a bit bigger. Your ship looks cool, why not let everyone see it :)

Great game so far. Really liking the sound effects and controls.

My only suggestion would be to get rid of the one hit kill for the player. As soon as I run into an asteroid, I'm dead. It gets pretty demotivating early on. I don't think a health bar or anything like that would be the right approach.... Maybe make it 2 hits, the fist hit outs you in a "critical" state, where if you get hit again your dead. If you give some clear indication this is the case, it could be a lot more fun and still keep it challenging.

Looks and feels very nice! The only thing I would suggest is that you add a "kill object" behavior when the ship collides with the clock or the ammo

I have it like that on purpose,so there's a chance you might not be able to collide with them,if the floating off screen or blocked by rocks

Apart from the music all the sounds are Created from the hyper pad sound creator.using the sliders for betters sounds.

Yes I'll change that,this is just the bare bones of the game to see if people like what they play,I'll update soon with stuff like pick ups for extending time,stuff like that.
