I sped up the physics a little bit to make the jumps feel less airy. I also added the first 2 official enemy’s Stumpy and Branchy. This means that Kid Emona now takes damage and can die.

Hello, just a few questions... How did you get your character to do a double jump with the same button and what set up did you have for the collisions with the enemies when you gave the character the ability to punch?

Great work so far! I really like the graphics and animations.
The controls however don't feel very tight. Sometimes it feels too fast, and the transparent jelly things send my flying makes me kind of confused. Also I feel the character has no control when in the air, he has a cape so I just assumed he would be more maneuverable in the sky. Take a look at the old SNES Mario. In that game mario has a great feel when jumping or falling through the air.
Overall it's a great start and really good for a prototype. I look forward to seeing me :).

Alright, I’ll adjust the control a little bit in the next update. Also about the slimes those are supposed to act as springs, but I made them bounce you in every direction so that it stands out a little more. I’ll change the mechanics of the slime so that it’s a little less bouncy.

Great game!
Graphics look 90-esque, controls feel great, there isn't a sprite bug when you jump! One the one hand, it looks like a start of a really great indie game! On the other hand, i wonder what this game would look like if someone chucked a bunch of nintendo assets at it.

Love the graphics but this feels like a test project, add a title screen, maybe a story and music, plus bigger worlds and levels

Well I plan to and I got a lot of that stuff ready, but I want to make sure all the basic systems are ready. I will add a title screen in the next update though. Maybe a few side quests to test the story elements too. Thank you!

It's sad to see though how your game dosent have many plays or likes. It happened to my game space Pig, I'm wondering if you could play it and give some feedback. I made major improvements to my tutorial and no one has still played it!

Yeah I feel yah. It seems that some genres of games as well as graphical styles don’t get much love on hyperPad, so it ends up being a graveyard of test games. I’ll check out your game and give some feedback ;)
